dll missing

Hello everybody

well, my friends, since I don't know (lol) I receive this message when I try to change a new theme:

cannot find Unzip32.dll

As I work with XP pro, I wonder if it's his fault, or something missing in my WonBlinds'as application ?

Could you help me? I don(t find this dll on the network (google etc)
